1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Item missing from the package

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or video of the product (if applicable)

4. Return Pickup & Inspection

Once the return request is approved, we may arrange a pickup through our courier partner or ask the customer to self-ship the product, depending on location and availability.

Returned items are subject to inspection. Approval of refund or replacement depends on successful verification of the issue.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


8. Shipping Charges on Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong product), return shipping charges will be borne by Fast Stationary.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
